Our classes are held throughout the week including Saturday morning. Each day has a different focus and is designed to give your body everything it needs to be strong, healthy, and in great shape. 2 Steps Ahead has developed a very unique approach to fitness classes.

Every workout is different; we do not use the same routine over and over again. These classes are for individuals who are interested in training, not the latest fad or craze.
